The Snyder Carlton National Net Lease Team is a best-in-class real estate advisory group that specializes in the brokerage of single-tenant, multi-tenant and net-leased investment properties nationwide. Since its formation in 2008 the team has consistently ranked as the top producing net-leased investment team at Colliers International. The team has closed hundreds of transactions over the years in more than 40 states for a total transaction volume of more than $3 billion.

The goal of the website was to create a clean and elegant brochure to help market listings.
